Bargain Fashion: Long Pleated Maxi Skirt

On Instagram (@britneymunday) I said this skirt is a tall girls dream... And a short girls nightmare! Ha! But for this tall girl it's definitely a dream... I don't know if I've ever owned a maxi skirt because they are always awkwardly short. But this baby is on another level long!

So here is the deal... The waist is REALLY SMALL. I measured the band on the large and it is 30 inches. My waist happens to be 31 inches... But I made it work because it's one of those tight zippers that stays in place if you leave it unzipped a little. Then I tucked in the corners. And vowed to loose weight in the future hahaha. Basically what I'm saying is measure you're waist... And only order the large. Unless you're ridiculously skinny... And in that case tell me your secrets. Lol

I paired it with some nude flats as seen above. But it's so long you could put heels under it if you wanted! I'll like to the flats... they're pretty much just basic flats that you could find at like those "forever" stores in the mall, but they get the job done!
