Getting ready for the day

When we're going through something hard in our lives I think it's so easy to want to give up and give in. The first bit after the miscarriage I wanted to hide in a cave. I didn't want to get ready for the day, I didn't want to get dressed, I didn't want to do my make up or hair.

But you know what? I found that when I forced myself to get up, get dressed, do my hair and make up... and then go out for the day... it made me feel SO much better.

Sheinside.com contacted me about collaborating recently I thought "Hey, why not?" I'm no fashion blogger, I don't think I have a fashion sense that would have the editor of vogue swooning... heck no! But I do like bargain shopping, and I would follow a "bargain fashion blogger" if any existed... but it doesn't seem like they do anymore. It seems like all of those fashion bloggers maybe started out that way... but now they are getting sent all of these expensive clothes (for free) and getting paid to endorse them. I have one word for that=lame. And unauthentic. 

I like Ross, I like TJ max, I like sales. I LOVE clearance. I like taking a cheap outfit and rocking it like it cost a fortune. Anyone can do it! I can't be the only one who walks straight to the sale section in any given store... am I?!

Anyway, I think I'll start sharing some of my bargain finds every once in a while if you guys would like it. Not because I think my style is the top of the line... but because good deals excite me!
